Red Valentine's Day Cookies

These cookies are super easy to make and taste oh-so delicious. Yum!
Ingredients:
one box of red velvet cake mix
large eggs, Use the amount specified on the cake mix package
vegetable oil, Use the amount specified on the cake mix package
water (optional) – if required by your cake mix directions, use the amount specified on the package.
1½ cups white chocolate chips
1/2 cup Valentines Day M&Ms (optional)

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and water (if necessary) in a large mixing bowl using the amounts specified on the package.
Stir in the white chocolate chips and M&Ms with a spoon, and only mix until everything is combined, or batter may turn out tough.
To make the cookies, scoop 1 to 2 Tablespoons of dough onto baking sheet, leaving 2 to 3 inches between cookies.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven, then let set before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely.
If baking cookies in batches, keep unused cookie dough in the fridge to make it easier to work worth.
For even baking, only bake one rack of cookies at a time.
