Sweet and Savory Turkey with Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp honey, warmed
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp chili powder
1 Tbsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper, or to taste
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2.5 lbs turkey brest, cut into 6 pieces
1 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled cut into wedges
4 green onions, chopped
For the Cilantro Yogurt Sauce
3/4 cup yogurt, divided
1/4 cup cilantro, packed
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 Jalapeño, seeded
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 green onions

For the Cilantro Yogurt Sauce
3/4 cup yogurt, divided
1/4 cup cilantro, packed
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 Jalapeño, seeded
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 green onions
Directions:
preheat your oven 375, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix together honey, olive oil, cayenne, chili powder, salt, pepper, ginger and garlic powder to combine.
Put turkey and sweet potatoes on the baking sheet and pour spice mixture over then toss to coat.
Cook 15 minutes then change to broil on high for 5 to 8 and cooking until caramelized, browned and sweet potatoes are tender.
For the Cilantro Yogurt Sauce
Meanwhile, in a food processor, add 1/2 cup yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, jalapeño, chili powder and 2 onions, blend until smooth.
Pour sauce into a bowl and mix in remaining 1/4 cup yogurt until smooth.
Serve turkey and sweet potatoes drizzled with cilantro yogurt sauce, sprinkled with the remaining green onions. Enjoy!
