Seafood Poke Bowls

This is a an easy and delicious lunch or dinner option. Yum!
Ingredients:
For the Base
2 to 4 cups Cauliflower rice
(feel free to eat raw or saute in olive oil with a pinch of salt for 6–10 minutes and then let cool)
For the Next Layer
6 Oz. sushi grade salmon, cubed
6 Oz. sushi grade tuna, cubed
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup mango, cubed
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
10 slices cucumber
white and black sesame seeds for garnish
roughy chopped seaweed sheets (nori) for garnish
For the Dressing
4 tablespoon coco aminos
2 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Dash of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Combine Sauce ingredients together in bowl and set aside.
Prep and cut your ingredients, then devide and place into 2 bowls.
For extra spicy, Sauce
1 tablespoonolive oil
1 tablespoon favorite hot sauce
Toss fish so it's lightly coated. Enjoy!
