Pork and Yam Stew

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 1/4 lbs Pork tenderloin, cubed
1 1/2 lbs Sweet potatoes, cubed
2 Poblano peppers, seeded and chopped
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 (14 1/2 ounce) Can chicken broth
1/2 cup Water
1 1/2 cups Salsa
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 1/4 lbs Pork tenderloin, cubed

1 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 (14 1/2 ounce) Can chicken broth

1 1/2 cups Salsa
Directions:
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large saucepan.
Add cubed pork and cook for 7 minutes, turning to brown.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Add oil, onions, peppers and yams.
Cook 3 minutes until vegetables soften.
Add yams, cooking another 2 to 3 minutes.
Add garlic, cumin and cinnamon.
Stir to mix into the vegetables.
Add water and broth, bring to a boil.
Add salsa and cooked pork.
Cook until heated through.
