Pistachio Pudding

 
 
Ingredients:

one 20 Oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

one 3 Oz. package instant pistachio pudding

one 8 Oz, container whipped topping, thawed

2 cups mini marshmallows

1/4 cup pistachios, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Directions:

In a bowl combine crushed pineapple and pistachio pudding mix.

Fold in the whipped topping and marshmallows.

Chill 1 hour, then garnish with crushed pistachios, serve and enjoy!
