Pecan and Crusted Salmon


2 salmon fillets (6 Oz. each), skins removed.

1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

3 tablespoons oats, crushed

3 tablespoons pecans, finely chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat your oven to 400, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Put Salmon on a baking sheet, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Combine the remaining ingredients, and press onto your salmon.

Bake until the fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, for 12 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
