One Pan Italian Sausage and Peppers


1 package of Italian sausage, sliced

1 Tablespoon olive oil

3 bell peppers, sliced (orange, green and red)

1 onion, sliced

one 15 Oz. can Italian diced tomatoes, undrained

one 8 Oz. can of tomato sauce

Fine sea salt and pepper

In a large skillet over medium high heat cook sausage
4 to 5 minutes, then set aside.

Add olive oil to pan with bell peppers and onion.

Saute until tender.

Add sausage back to the pan.

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

Simmer until heated through.

Serve on hoagie buns or over pasta. Enjoy!
