Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Put mincemeat into a blender and mix to make a smooth paste.
Put yoghurt and sugar into a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
Now add all spice and flour, then stir into a dough.
Tip onto a floured work surface and kneed with your hands for 1 minute util dough feels smooth.
Make the surface well-floured and roll dough into a rectangle to 11" x 14".
Spread mincemeat on top and leave a small border on the edge.
Use the short edge to fold the dough in half (so it is now 7" x 11").
With the fold at the top, slice the dough into 8 equal piecess.
Twist each piece from either side, then roll it around itself, tucking the edges under.
Place onto a baking tray and repeat to make 8, leave room around the buns because they spread slightly.
Brush with melted butter and bake for 20 to 22 minutes until golden brown and risen.
For the Frosting
Stir yoghurt and sugar until thick – add more yoghurt if it’s too thick or more sugar if runny.
Allow to cool for a few minutes and then lift off the tray.
Enjoy warm or allow them to cool before frosting.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and cranberries. Enjoy!
