Macadamia Nut Cookies

 
 
Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups almond flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup salt-less butter, softened

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 drops maple extract

1 large egg

1 cup White Chocolate Chips

1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine almond flour, baking soda, baking powder.

Beat butter, sugar, vanilla and maple extract with a mixer until creamy.

Add egg, beating the mixture on low.

Gradually pour in flour mixture and beat on low until combined.

Mix in White Chocolate Chips and chopped nuts.

Chill for 30 minutes.

Drop one inch cookie dough balls onto a lightly greased baking sheet, evenly spaced.

Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown and lightly set.

Top with sea salt if desired.

Cool cookies 15 minutes before removing from pan. Enjoy!
