1 Lb. Sirloin steak (cut into 24, 1" pieces)
1 1/2 tsp Sea salt (divided)

5 medium Zucchini (spiralized into zoodles, about 8 cups uncooked)

Season steak with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
In a 12" cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil.

Reduce heat to medium, then add butter and garlic.
Let butter melt, then stir to coat steak bites.
Use tongs to transfer steak bites to a plate, leave garlic and butter in the pan and cover the meat with foil to keep warm.
Add zucchini noodles to the pan with the butter and garlic.
Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Saute, stirring occasionally with tongs, for 3 TO 4 minutes, until crisp-tender.
Pour lemon juice over the zoodles and stir to combine.
Serve steak bites over zoodles. Enjoy!
