Grilled Pork Tenderloin


For the Rub

1/2 tbsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp chili powder

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon pepper

For the Pork

1 pork tenderloin

For the Rub

Combine the spices and season the tenderloin.

Preheat the grill to high, or preheat the broiler to high.

For the Pork

Grill or broil the tenderloin, covered on high 5 minutes on each side

Then move the pork to indirect heat if grilling, then cover the grill and cook an additional 10 - 12 minutes.

Turn over tenderloin halfway thru cook time, (about 22 to 25 minutes total).

For a thicker tenderloin, add more time.

Rest the pork tenderloin 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
