Crockpot Holiday Meal

This easy Holiday meal is made in a crockpot, but you could make it in an Insta Pot.

This easy Holiday meal is made in a crockpot, but you could make it in an Insta Pot.
Ingredients:
3 Lb. boneless turkey breast
3 stalks celery diced
3 carrots peeled and diced
2 sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
1 cup onion diced
2 6 Oz. boxes cornbread stuffing mix dry
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/4 to 1/2 cup flour, as needed to make gravy
Sea salt and pepper, as needed to season gravy

Directions:
Place thawed turkey breast in bottom of slow cooker
Add vegetables, top with dry stuffing mixes and pour chicken broth over everything.
Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours.
Remove stuffing and veggies to a serving bowl.
Remove turkey to a platter, leaving the juices in the crockpot.
Allow turkey to rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Slowly pour flour into reserved juices, while stirring, until you have a good gravy sauce.
season gravy to taste with salt and pepper.
Use gravy to moisten stuffing and turkey slices as needed. Enjoy!
