Chicken Taquitos


6 slices of mozzarella cheese

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

2 tablespoons buffalo sauce for dipping

2 tablespoons ranch dressing (optional)

Preheat oven to 350.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place cheese slices evenly on the paper.

Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until edges are browned and crisp.

Remove from the oven, allow to cool 1 to 2 minutes.

Place chicken on one end of a cheese slice and roll tightly, seam side down.

Serve with buffalo sauce and ranch.
