Chicken Enchiladas


2 boneless skinless chicken breasts , cooked, shredded

1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese , shredded

1 1/2 cups jack cheese , shredded

8 flour tortillas

2 cups red enchilada sauce.
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix cheeses together.
Spread 4 tablespoons of enchilada sauce on a 13" x 9" baking dish.
Place a small amount of shredded chicken and cheese onto a tortilla.
Roll it up and put it, fold side down, in the baking dish.
Do this with the remaining tortillas,
Lining them up in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining sauce on the tortillas.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on the sauce.
Bake 20-30 minutes
