Ingredients:
For the Meat
1 Lb. ground beef
2 teaspoons onion flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
For the Burgers
18 mini burger buns, cut in half
9 slices cheese
Pickles, thinly sliced
Lettuce leaves
For the Sauce
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
For the Meat
1 Lb. ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
For the Burgers
18 mini burger buns, cut in half
9 slices cheese
Pickles, thinly sliced
Lettuce leaves
For the Sauce
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400.
For the Meat
Place all the meat ingredients in a mixing bowl.
With your hands, mix until the seasoning are distributed (use gloves if you like).
Use a small cookie dough scoop to divide the mixture into 18 portions.
Place them onto a baking tray lined with parchmentpaper.
Roll them into balls, then, press each ball gently until it is flat.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
For the Burgers
While the meat is in the oven, prep the fillings.
Thinly cut the pickles (if not using pre-cut).
Rinse, pat dry lettuce and cut into smaller pieces.
Cut cheese into quarters.
For the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mayonnaise and relish.
Assemble the Sliers
Get the bottom half of the burger bun, spread burger sauce over, top it with a slice of cheese, lettuce, burger, cheese a slice of pickle, then cover with bun top.
Repeat with the rest, then secure with a cocktail stick. Enjoy!
