Beef Rice Bowls

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 pound ground beef
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
6 green onions, chopped, divided
2 cups vegetable of choice, like green beans.
4 cups hot cooked rice of choice
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:
Cook, ground beef stirring and crumbling into small pieces, 5 to 7 minutes, then drain excess grease.
Add garlic, ginger, and sesame oil, stirring until fragrant, 2 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, sugar, and red pepper.

Cook until some of the sauce absorbs into the beef, 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook 4 eggs as preferred.
Add 1/2 of the chopped green onions.
Serve beef, vegetables of choice and eggs over hot cooked rice; garnished with sesame seeds and remaining green onions.
