BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:
3 racks Pork Loin Back Ribs
2 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Sea salt
2 tsp Pepper
4 tsp Oregano
4 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Chipotle powder
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Onion powder
1 cup Honey
3 racks Pork Loin Back Ribs

2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Onion powder
1 cup Honey
Directions:
Combine paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, chili , garlic and onion powder. Sprinkle spices generously over both sides of ribs.
Let stand and prepare grill.
Heat grill to 325. Turn off burners under ribs.
Put ribs on grill over indirect heat. Close lid and cook 2 hours.
Baste ribs occasionally, during the last 20 minutes of cooking with warm honey.
Ribs are done when tender and meat pulls away from the bone, or until eat temperature reaches 200, check with a food thermometer.
Remove ribs from grill and cut into serving-size portions.
