BBQ Pork Loin Ribs

Making ribs on the grill is easy with this foolproof recipe for the most tender, delectable ribs you've ever had. Yum!

Ingredients:
3 racks Pork Loin Ribs
2 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Sea salt
2 tsp Pepper
4 tsp Oregano
4 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Chipotle powder
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Onion powder
1 cup Honey
3 racks Pork Loin Ribs

2 Tbsp Sea salt
2 tsp Pepper
4 tsp Oregano
4 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Chipotle powder
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Onion powder
1 cup Honey
Directions:
Combine paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, chili , garlic and onion powder.
Sprinkle spices generously over both sides of ribs.
Let stand and prepare grill.
Heat grill to 325, then turn off burners under ribs.
Put ribs on grill over indirect heat, then close lid and cook for 2 hours.
Baste ribs occasionally, during the last 20 minutes of cooking with warm honey.
Ribs are done when the meat pulls away from the bone, or the temperature reaches 200, then checked with a food thermometer.
Remove ribs from grill and cut into serving-size portions. Enjoy!
