Baked Stuffed Pears

 
 
Ingredients:

¼ cup chopped pistachios and pecans or of both

3 tablespoons raisins and craisins (dried cranberries)

½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, more for garnish

3 tablespoons pure maple syrup plus more for drizzling
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350, then line a baking pan with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix nuts, dried fruit, spice, and syrup to combine.

Cut pears in half from top to bottom.

Using a spoon, scoop out the seeds and center of the pears.

Add a generous scoop nut and dried fruit filling to the center of the pears.

Pour syrup over pears then sprinckle tops with spices.

Bake pears with fruite and nuts for 25 minutes.

Serve warm or cold. Enjoy!
