5 Minute Chocolate Pudding

This dairy-free pudding tastes great and is made with a few healthy ingredients!
Ingredients:
2 medium avocados pitted and peeled
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/2 to 1 teaspoon fine sea salt to taste
1/2 to 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to taste
squeeze of lemon juice
Directions:
Blend all ingredients for 3 minutes until smooth.
Serve immediately or you can store it covered, in the fridge for 4 to 5 days. Enjoy!
