Spinach Quiche

2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach,
thawed and squeezed dry
2 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Combine the cheeses in a medium bowl.
Sprinkle half of cheese mixture into pie shell.
Sprinkle with spinach & remaining cheese.
Combine eggs, cream, onion powder & pepper;
beat until thoroughly blended, In a small bowl.
Pour over cheese & sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until firm and a
toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes; cut and serve.
