Lemon Tuscan Chicken


1/2 Cup chopped celery
1/2 Cup chopped onion
4 chopped garlic cloves
1/4 Cup Olive Oil, divided
2.5 lbs boneless chicken breast,
cut into 1/2 inch strips.
4 oz. Tuscan Lemon Herb Marinade

Heat 1/8 cup olive oil in large frying pan,
Saute onion, celery & garlic until browned.
Remove onion, celery & garlic from pan.
Heat remaining 1/8 Cup Olive Oil
Brown chicken in oil,
Add onion, celery and garlic.
Add 4 oz.Tuscan Lemon Marinade,
Sauteed on low for 30 minutes.
