Cranberry Apple Bread


1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 & 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups peeled & chopped apples

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

1/4 cup Egg Beaters (or 1 egg)

1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Cooking Spray Oil

Preheat oven 350°F.

Combine first four ingredients.

Combine apples, sugar, & oil.

Add egg product and stir to coat.

Add flour mixture; stir until just moistened.

Fold in cranberries & walnuts, if desired.

Spoon batter into an 8.5" by 4.5" loaf pan

coated with cooking spray.

Bake 1 hour.

Let stand in pan 10 minutes.

Remove from pan; cool completely.
