Lemon Mustard Salmon

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds Salmon fillets (6 Ounces each)
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon Lemon juice and slices for topping
1 teaspoon Fresh thyme chopped or 1/2 teaspoon dried
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 pounds Salmon fillets (6 Ounces each)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Lemon juice and slices for topping
1 teaspoon Fresh thyme chopped or 1/2 teaspoon dried
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Place salmon fillets on a foil lined baking sheet and blot dry with paper towel.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix together olive oil, garlic, dijon, lemon juice and thyme.
Spoon half of the mixture over the salmon, top with lemon slices and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour the remaining sauce on top.
Bake for another 3-5 minutes and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
