Chocolate Snowball Cookies

 
 
Ingredients:

3/4 cup oat flour

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or finely chopped dark chocolate

additional powdered sugar for rolling
Directions:

Start with softened but not melted oil.

Preheat your oven to 325, then line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Beat oil and powdered sugar in a bowl, then stir in remaining ingredients to form dough.

Roll dough into balls and place on your pan.

Bake 15 minutes in the oven, on the center rack.

Remove from oven, then let cool 10 minutes, they will firm up when cool.

Roll in powdered sugar, then enjoy!
