Ingredients:
For the Rub
3 teaspoon cumin
3 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cilantro
4 teaspoon oregano
5 bay leaves
¼ cup salt
4 teaspoon paprika
3 teaspoon cayenne pepper
For the Ribs
3 lbs country style pork ribs
4 tbsp dry rub
For the Sauce
2 lemons juiced
4 tbsp honey
For the Rub

3 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cilantro
4 teaspoon oregano
5 bay leaves
¼ cup salt
4 teaspoon paprika
3 teaspoon cayenne pepper
For the Ribs
3 lbs country style pork ribs
4 tbsp dry rub
For the Sauce
2 lemons juiced
4 tbsp honey
Directions:
Rub the ribs with the spice blend with your hands, pressing to adhere.
Cover ribs with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 1 hour, or overnight.
Preheat your oven to 325. In a small bowl whisk together lemon juice and honey, then set aside.
Place ribs on a wire rack in a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours. Turn ribs and baste with sauce, then continue to bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Enjoy!
