Apricot Banana Turnovers

 
 
Ingredients:


1 pkg. Puff Pastry Sheets (2 sheets)

1 large banana cut into 9 pieces

9 Tbsp apricot preserves

Butter flavored cooking spray
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cut pastry sheets into 9 squares. (18 total)

Put 1 tablespoon of apricot preserves in center each.

Put 1 slice of banana on top.

Put 1 pastry square on top and seal with a fork.

Spray cookie sheet with baking spray.

Put pastries on the cookie sheet with a spatula.

Bake at 350° for 35 minutes
